Maintenance and Engineering Coordinator Role
About the Position:We are seeking an experienced Maintenance and Engineering Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with company standards, and collaborating with design teams.
Responsibilities:- Liaise with design teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities to meet company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of design coordination workshops, minutes of meetings, and track actions.
- Review technical specifications, service drawings, architectural, and structural details.
- Evaluate integration across projects and develop solutions in agreement with stakeholders.
- Liaise with statutory utilities providers to meet project needs.
- Assist Quantity Surveyors with assessment of Sub-Contractor monthly applications for payment.
- Oversee MEP Testing & Commissioning Process.
- Manage MEP O&M and As-Built Documentation Process.
- Foster strong relationships with Client designers, Sub-Contractors, and other stakeholders to secure future work.
- Deliver projects to cost, time, and quality standards.
- Degree in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in building sector projects.
- Previous main contractor or M&E subcontractor backgrounds desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in teams, be an organised self-starter, and possess strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, AutoCAD, BIM, etc.
