We are currently seeking a highly motivated Financial Administrator to join our team at SMART FLOW. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day financial activities, including debtor and creditor management, office administration, and finance support.

Responsibilities

  • Process and record financial transactions in the company's accounting system, ensuring accurate and timely processing.">
  • Reconcile supplier statements and address any discrepancies, maintaining organized records and adhering to financial policies and procedures.">
  • Prepare and present bi-weekly reports, providing valuable insights into company performance and helping inform business decisions.">
  • Work closely with the Accountant to prepare financial reports and support tax filing in Ireland and the UK, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.">

Requirements

">ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and significant experience in financial administration or bookkeeping. Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero) and MS Office, especially Excel, is also essential.
