The Job Summary:

This is a full-time permanent role with a flexible work structure and occasional trips to the office in Limerick. The salary guide is up to €85K p.a. for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, management, and support of the Infrastructure and Database Administration team. The candidate will work closely with other technical teams to provide a quality service to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10 technical specialists supporting global customers.
  • Onboard new customers, provide Business-as-Usual services, and identify process improvements.
  • Manage team activities, ensuring Service Level Agreements are met.
  • Analyze data to support capacity management and projected business requirements.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in customer support, consultancy, or MSP sector.
  • Line management experience of similar-sized teams.
  • Technical knowledge of databases, ideally Oracle and SQL, hosted in a cloud environment.
  • Working knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows), networking, communications functionality.
  • Data reporting tools knowledge.
  • IT Service Management and ITIL certification desirable.
