The Role of a Senior Supervisor in Design Quality Assurance involves leading a high-performing team that drives innovation in the medical device industry.
As a Senior Supervisor, Design Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for managing design change projects from scoping to implementation, ensuring all design changes comply with Design Control and Design Assurance requirements for medical devices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing cross-functional teams in R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Safety, and Operations.
- Ensuring quality leadership in addressing PIRs, CAPAs, NCEPs, and responding to regulatory changes.
- Collaborating with teams to implement design changes and ensure compliance with quality systems and document control.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NFQ Level 8 qualification in a STEM discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of industry experience, preferably in Design Assurance.
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Design control & design change
- Risk management & regulatory compliance
- Quality systems and document control
- Strong technical capabilities, leadership skills, and analytical thinking
