We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs professional to develop and lead the regulatory strategy for new product introductions and existing products throughout their lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical device regulations, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and experience working in a dynamic environment.
This role requires a self-starter with a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement global regulatory submissions, including 510(k) and CE Mark, to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
- Act as primary contact for regulatory agencies in the U.S. and Europe, providing strategic advice and support on all regulatory matters.
- Partner with Quality Assurance to maintain post-market surveillance and vigilance activities in line with applicable standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a health-related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the medical device industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Deep knowledge of US FDA and EU medical device regulations (including MDR).
- Proven ability to handle complex regulatory submissions and interactions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Previous experience in an SME or medtech startup.
