Graduate Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

We are currently recruiting a graduate mechanical engineer to join our team on a permanent and full-time basis. The successful candidate will work primarily on one of our key projects and assist in carrying the project through to successful completion.

  • Analyse and troubleshoot engineering issues, proposing and implementing solutions under the guidance of more experienced team members.
  • Learn and apply problem-solving methodologies to address technical challenges.
  • Contribute to quality control processes by participating in inspections.
  • Assist in the identification and resolution of issues related to design and installation.
  • Ensure that engineering designs comply with relevant industry codes, standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to address compliance-related considerations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential qualifications include a relevant third-level qualification in Mechanical or Building Services. Additionally, exposure to Revit/AutoCad & BIM software systems is required.

  • Have an interest in working within the construction industry.
  • Be comfortable in your use of Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Be conscientious, have excellent attention to detail and an ability to multitask.
  • The ability to contribute comfortably as part of a team.
