TN Ireland is partnering with Ireland's national regulated water utility to deliver secure, safe, and sustainable water services for the people of Ireland.

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Strategy Lead to join our client's team. As a key member of the Supply Chain function, you will support the delivery of procurement and contracting strategies, contributing to the overall performance of the Supply Chain process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing procurement and contract strategies through market engagement, stakeholder management, and benchmarking with peer organisations.
  • Engaging with external suppliers to gather market intelligence and build collaboration.
  • Preparing presentations and papers for governance committee approval of contract and procurement strategies.

About You

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the water, utilities or similar industries is desirable.
  • Relevant third-level qualifications and/or accreditation is desirable.
  • Demonstrable experience of end-to-end public procurement/strategic sourcing, category management, and experience in P2P, contract management, contract administration, and supplier relationship management.
