Key Responsibilities:- Process incoming sales orders promptly, handling cash and credit card transactions efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels, reorder as necessary, and collaborate with suppliers to maintain accurate records.
- Prepare customer quotations, pick orders, and provide expert service to meet customer demands.
- Maintain organized records of dispatch, pods, and picking dockets, working closely with colleagues on internal sales desks.
