The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales experience in wound care, with a strong background in both primary and secondary care. You will need to be able to target key decision-makers and buyers in major hospitals, as well as meet with primary care customers to ensure they are informed about new technologies and consumable orders.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Provide wound care solutions to healthcare clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and opportunities
Requirements:
- Three years plus experience in wound care sales
- A track record of new business sales as well as account management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
- Competitive basic salary of €50k-€60k (dependent on experience)
- Commission of €20k+ per year
- Company car (fully expensed)
- Fuel card/toll card
- Pension scheme
- Laptop/iPad/mobile phone provided
- Lunch allowance (€12/day on-road)
- 22 days paid annual leave (increasing to 25 days)
