Beechfield Care Group seeks an exceptional Group Maintenance Manager to drive maintenance excellence across our nursing homes.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will lead the management of all facilities' maintenance programs and staff, ensuring seamless maintenance management services that meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership of all facilities' maintenance programs and staff.
- Strategic management of subcontractors' Planned Preventative Maintenance Service Level Agreements.
- Effective upkeep of Nursing Homes Property Asset Equipment Register.
- Proactive management of all Nursing Homes's reactive maintenance tasks to optimize cost efficiency.
- A relevant degree qualification in engineering or a technical field.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in building service management.
- Deep understanding of Health & Safety, maintenance, and fire regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and SharePoint programs.
- Competitive salary: £60k - £80k DOE.
- Mileage and expenses (Civil Service Mileage rates will apply).
- 25 Days Annual Leave per annum.
- 10 Days Paid Sick leave.
- End of year Bonus.
- Free meals when on duty.
