About the Role

This CNS/Liaison Nurse - Cardiology position is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at a leading acute Hospital in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

The CNS/Liaison Nurse - Cardiology will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert nursing care to patients in the Rapid Access Clinic.
  • Developing and implementing effective policies and protocols to improve patient outcomes.
  • Liaising with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Supporting colleagues through education and training programs.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience.
