Finance Process Improvement Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive financial transformation initiatives. As a key member of our consulting team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' financial processes.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance process improvement and automation, shared services and outsourcing programmes, enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations, and finance systems such as Oracle, SAP, MS.
They will be self-motivated, capable of working off their own initiative, and able to lead with the delivery of Programme/Project milestones. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence, are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to successfully deliver and manage projects across a range of key areas, including project management delivery and supporting the delivery of complex projects and programmes for key clients.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and an ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Supporting projects across all stages of the project life cycle, including devising comprehensive project plans, defining roles and responsibilities, and creating clear communications strategies.
- Identifying and implementing innovative process improvements and solutions, building client relationships and interacting proactively with key stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and provide analysis to inform client deliverables.
