Job Overview

As a customer-focused individual, you will play a pivotal role in managing your designated area for our organization. Your responsibilities include ensuring all staff members have completed the required induction and skills-based training, identifying areas of improvement, and addressing staff performance and disciplinary issues.

  • Coordinate cleaning schedules and absence cover with cleaning teams and mobile cleaning units.
  • Identify areas for improvement within your business unit related to productivity, allocation of hours, and other factors influencing monthly results.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with Operations Managers to review progress.
  • Interface with clients to complete regular KPI reports.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of working in the cleaning industry at a supervisory level, with experience in multi-contract management across various sectors including office, industrial, and education. Excellent communication skills, financial acumen, and budget management expertise are essential. Additionally, health and safety knowledge is required, along with basic statutory training and proficiency in computer literacy.
