Job Description:

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards by developing and implementing robust food safety systems.
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities to maintain legal compliance and oversee internal and external audits.
  • Lead the development and review of the site's HACCP plan and manage non-conformance investigations.
  • Maintain the Quality Management System and associated documentation.
  • Oversee calibration, testing, and maintenance of equipment critical to quality control.
  • Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting for validations and performance indicators.
  • Investigate and resolve product complaints, recalls, or quality incidents.
  • Ensure robust traceability systems are in place for effective incident management.
  • Partner with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to maintain product quality and process efficiency.
  • Contribute to NPD by providing technical expertise and ensuring compliance.
  • Lead and support the QA team, providing training, guidance, and performance management.
  • Maintain a culture of continuous improvement and food safety awareness across the organization.
