Job Title: Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in managing busy service departments. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work on own initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient running of service department, managing workflow and work in progress to achieve operational targets
  • Work closely with senior management and sales teams to ensure company objectives are achieved
  • Manage and report on technician productivity and efficiency
  • Assist customers with issues, providing technical information and recommendations
  • Ensure staff are up to date with technical knowledge as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years operational management experience in main franchise dealer environment
  • Previous mechanical and/or workshop control experience
  • Target driven with demonstrable track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing significantly to aftersales operations
