Job Opportunity: Clinical Nurse Manager 2 Position
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Nurse Manager 2 to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the clinical area and providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- A Registered General Nurse with a proven track record of delivering safe and effective patient care, as registered on the live register with the NMBI.
- Demonstrable commitment to quality and safety in healthcare, with excellent leadership and change management skills.
- A minimum of 5 years post-graduate acute care nursing experience, with flexibility and expertise in coordinating Endoscopy/Gastroenterology services.
- A management qualification or educational preparation to degree level (desirable), with strong organisational skills and ability to make informed decisions.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
