Job Description\

As a Tax Manager in our R&D Incentives team, you will play a key role in helping clients claim research and development tax credits. You will lead technical client discussions to identify and assess qualifying R&D activities, demonstrate a deep understanding of the R&D tax credit legislative and regulatory requirements, and manage a team of technical consultants to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs in the R&D tax credit space and within budget.

Our team works with multinational and indigenous companies in various sectors, including electronics, life sciences, ICT, and manufacturing. We use our multidisciplinary skills to achieve the best for our clients.

As a Tax Manager, your responsibilities will include leading project plans and timelines, identifying potential risks related to R&D claims, and ideating solutions to mitigate them. You will also serve as the primary contact for clients, developing and maintaining trusted relationships, and providing guidance and mentorship to junior and senior staff members.
