Job Overview

We seek highly motivated and driven professionals to support our Financial Planning team in serving high net-worth individual and family clients. The role involves providing tax preparation and planning services, participating in comprehensive training, and working closely with senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare income tax returns and electronic workpapers.
  • Assist with tax planning strategies for clients and coordinate estimated tax payments.
  • Support the Administrative department with scanning and processing of tax returns.
  • Collaborate with Wealth Advisors in preparing client meetings and proposals.
  • Draft client communications, including email, telephone, and written correspondence.
  • Update and maintain client communications, tasks, and appointments in our Customer Relationship Management system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recent graduate or junior/senior year students in relevant subjects (accounting, finance, economics).
  • Minimum GPA: 3.0.
  • Commitment of 15-20 hours a week, in-person, with opportunity for additional hours.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
