Deliver exceptional customer experiences by accelerating initial time to value and setting the stage for long-term success.

This role focuses on proactively engaging new customers with Salesforce to ensure a positive experience from implementation to ongoing support.

Become a subject-matter expert in MuleSoft and deliver virtual expert engagements to educate and empower customers to achieve business value through the Salesforce Customer 360 Suite of Products.

Provide tailored recommendations to meet customers' unique business needs and apply consulting skills to uncover initial business use cases.

Engage with customers to navigate setup and administration of their MuleSoft instance, ensuring a seamless outcome.

Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive customer success and leverage knowledge base expertise to inform solutions.

  • Proficient in English and French
  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience helping customers achieve full business potential
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Admin, Adv Admin, and/or Consultant Certifications, as well as hands-on experience with API-led integration products like MuleSoft.

Key qualities include consultative approach, technical knowledge, and ability to prioritize and multi-task under pressure.
