As a manager for strategic transactions, you will be part of a high-performing team helping organisations evaluate and navigate business deals to maximise opportunities and minimise risks.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing sell side mandates through optimal positioning of assets or businesses, identifying target bidders, preparing information memoranda and negotiating commercial terms. You will also manage buy side mandates, identifying targets and working with clients to structure and negotiate successful transactions.

You will support clients with a diverse range of strategic mandates relating to mergers and acquisitions, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and other stakeholders, supervise and mentor junior team members, foster professional development, ensure quality of client deliverables and have a strong attention to detail.

You will originate, lead and manage mergers and acquisitions end-to-end, understanding our client's requirements, co-developing our approach with the client and providing value to our clients through insights, factual conclusions and advice.
