We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity and Compliance Lead to join our team at Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in security management, preferably within a data centre or critical infrastructure environment.

The Cybersecurity and Compliance Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive security policies and procedures in alignment with company and regulatory requirements. This includes conducting regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats, overseeing the implementation and maintenance of physical security measures, and managing supplier relationships for the installation and maintenance of physical security equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain security policies and procedures aligned with company and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of physical security measures, such as surveillance systems, access control, and intrusion detection systems
- Manage supplier relationships for the installation and maintenance of physical security equipment
- Manage on-site security personnel and third-party security providers to ensure effective coverage and response

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in security management, Information Technology, or a related field
- Extensive experience in security management, preferably within a data centre or critical infrastructure environment
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CPP are highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of physical security systems and technologies
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in security management software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively
