Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor with a strong understanding of civils and subducting activities on telecom infrastructure build and maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate joint site meetings with clients and stakeholders.
  • Survey and programme work streams for the supply chain.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the works control and noticing departments.
  • Conduct material sample audits as required.
  • Perform daily toolbox audits and safety audits with direct staff and sub-contractors.
  • Carry out in-progress audits and coach sub-contractors on site.
  • Manage daily targets for sample inspections.
  • Investigate jobs and assign responsible operatives for commercial reporting.
  • Ensure permit and noticing conditions are met on site.
  • Maintain accurate records of works planned and issues encountered.
  • Report daily to your line manager on outputs, problems, and issues.
  • Other duties as requested by the line manager.
Health and Safety Obligations:
  • Fully understand and implement the company's safety policy and procedures.
  • Deliver programmes successfully in a safe, quality, and timely manner.
  • Achieve a 'Right First Time' culture throughout the business.
  • Comply with regulatory measures applicable to the works and operations.
  • Maximise efficiency and minimise cost of failure to achieve turnover and profitability.
  • Manage client relationships within client organisations.
  • Sponsor new ways of working to improve delivery and service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience and strong understanding of the SROH.
  • CSCS Signing, Lighting & Guarding at Roadworks Card.
  • CSCS Health and Safety Roadworks Card.
  • IT skills for liaison with group works control.
  • Permit to work schemes and noticing knowledge.
  • Effective communication and prioritisation skills.
  • Tight timescale management experience.
  • Dealing with external stakeholders and communication skills.
  • Implementing and following procedures for service delivery.
  • Previous reinstatement experience advantageous.
  • Client quality requirements understanding.
  • Professional, self-motivated, good communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Civils / utility contracts management experience preferable.
