Precast Production Manager Role

Job Overview:

  • The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of precast concrete production, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • A strong leader with excellent organizational skills is required to manage resources, personnel, and equipment effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Production Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement daily production schedules, resource allocation, and inventory management strategies to meet delivery timelines.
  2. Safety, Quality, and Environmental Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company policies regarding safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.
  3. Operational Management: Monitor and maintain equipment performance, troubleshoot operational challenges, and optimize productivity to minimize downtime.
  4. Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of production staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and efficiency.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven track record in precast or concrete manufacturing management, demonstrating expertise in production operations, team leadership, and process optimization.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on strategic planning, decision-making, and communication.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with production equipment, quality control standards, and health & safety regulations.
  • Cognitive Abilities: Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
