Job Title: Risk & Quality Assurance Senior Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk & Quality Assurance Senior Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the development of our risk management strategies and quality assurance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Design and implement quality assurance programs that meet customer expectations and drive business excellence.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to the team on risk management and quality assurance matters.
  • Analyze risk management and quality assurance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and external auditors.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to team members on risk management and quality assurance principles and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in risk management and quality assurance in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management and quality assurance.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful risk management and quality assurance programs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
