Delivering exceptional food service in dynamic environments is a key aspect of this role. We are seeking an individual to join our team in Limerick as a Catering Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards.
  • Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain kitchen workstations, equipment, and dining areas at optimal cleanliness levels.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to facilitate seamless daily operations.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work in various workplaces and adapt to different shifts.
Requirements:
  • Possess valid Manual Handling and HACCP certifications (training can be provided if necessary).
  • Previous experience in catering or kitchen environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Be flexible to work on a temporary/ongoing basis and cover shifts as needed.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and proactive approach.
