Job Overview

About the Role

Beauparc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SHEQ professional to join our team. This is a great opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's safety, health, and environmental performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety or environmental management, with a proven track record of identifying and mitigating hazards, and promoting a culture of safety and environmental excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures to minimize risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on safety procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental excellence throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management would be an advantage.
  • Proven experience as an EHS Officer or in a similar role, preferably in a high-risk industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify hazards, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train employees and collaborate across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
