Key Accountabilities

Solutions Design:

The Solutions Architect will be responsible for managing the end-to-end design activity on all aspects of Vodafone's solution, driving the pace of adoption within the customer. This includes accounts with annual revenue greater than €1m and a virtual team of 4 or more technical specialists.

Leadership & Governance:

Leading the team to create and maintain a 1, 2, and 3-year customer solution roadmap, based on the customer's business drivers and key industry trends. The Solutions Architect must also ensure that all designs include an appropriate enterprise network or solution management component.

Tech Expertise:

Extensive experience in Cisco/Aruba data and voice networks, Microsoft, and Cloud Service Provider products (AWS, Google, Azure). A solid understanding of telecommunications and IT service models, along with their practical application.
