Youth Support Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Support Worker to join our team at CPL Healthcare.

The selected candidate will provide direct support to separated children, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

To be considered for this position, applicants should possess:

• A relevant Qualification in Social Care (minimum level 7)
• Prior experience in a similar setting, preferably in a child welfare context
• A minimum of 6 months' work experience in the social care sector, including placement experience
• Knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations
• Flexibility to work across all shifts, including days, nights, evenings, and weekends
