Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced warehouse operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating a counterbalance forklift to transport and stack goods.

You will load and unload trucks, pallets, and materials efficiently, conducting routine equipment checks and maintenance as needed. You will also ensure adherence to health & safety regulations at all times, working collaboratively with warehouse teams to meet operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to transport and stack goods.
  • Load and unload trucks, pallets, and materials efficiently.
  • Conduct routine equipment checks and maintenance.
  • Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse teams to meet operational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid Counterbalance or Reach Forklift Licence.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a busy warehousing environment using a counterbalance forklift.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent numerical and verbal reasoning abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to unforeseen challenges.
