Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our design coordination team as a Construction Design Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating construction design team meetings, recording minutes, and ensuring action items are completed. You will also facilitate workshops with consultants and specialist subcontractors to agree on timelines and coordinate design information with the procurement programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate construction design team meetings and record minutes
  • Facilitate workshops with consultants and specialist subcontractors

  • Provide input into the preparation of the project programme
  • Collaborate and communicate with other disciplines to ensure compliance with project requirements, company standards, and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a design coordination/administration position or similar within the construction industry
  • Proficient user of MS Office Suite
  • Previous experience with design-related software would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
