Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in our organisation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation, analysis and presentation of accurate financial reports. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and all month end accounts.
  • Prepare VAT returns and assist with tax compliance.
  • Reconcile bank accounts on a daily basis and manage cash flow effectively.
  • Liaise with external auditors during the annual audit process.
  • Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations.
  • Handle payroll queries and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of financial results to senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring our practices remain compliant.

Requirements:

  • A qualified accountant with 2 years or more post-qualification experience.
  • Strong accounts preparation skills.
  • Strong Excel skills.
