The Opportunity: As an IT-OT Infrastructure Lead, you will have the opportunity to manage a team of experienced professionals and drive improvements in our dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the management of IT-OT infrastructure, including WAN/LAN, servers, cloud systems, and data centers
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve infrastructure performance and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and operational standards
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to support ongoing and future projects
  4. Act as an escalation point for technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents
  5. Drive infrastructure improvement initiatives, ensuring the organization remains on the cutting edge of technology

About You: To be successful in this role, you should have strong leadership experience and a deep technical understanding of IT-OT infrastructure. You should also be a proactive problem solver with a passion for driving innovation and ensuring operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT or OT infrastructure operations, including managing networks, servers, and cloud technologies
  • Proven leadership and team management experience, with strong mentoring and change management skills
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance standards (e.g., NIST, CIS Hardening)
  • A relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in utilities, water services, or similar industries

Salary: €59,898 - €89,848
