Deliver exceptional guest service as a Night Porter. Key responsibilities include:

Guest Services
  • Check in/out guests according to company SOPs.
  • Answer phones and take reservations while adhering to guidelines.
  • Address queries and requests in a prompt and personalized manner.
Night Audit and Security
  • Conduct security checks and fire walks.
  • Complete the night audit and ensure accurate logging of daily backups.
Administration and Communication
  • Manage front office administration, including answering emails and check-in/check-out processes.
  • Liaise with departments for tasks such as booking dinner.
