La Rousse Foods, a leading provider of fine foods to premium establishments in Ireland, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join its team as a Sales Support Administrator.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Team and working closely with the Team Manager to ensure seamless operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has strong administrative skills.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with the Team Manager and liaise with the Sales Team to provide top-notch support.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Regularly update and maintain customer price lists, quotations, tenders, and sales opportunities using the CRM system.
  • Assist in the collation and preparation of closing documentation.
  • Support the creation of weekly and monthly reports and contribute to team meetings.
  • Manage all administrative tasks on Procure Wizard; experience with Procure Wizard is a significant advantage.
  • Identify and act on product sales opportunities with a keen commercial sense.
  • Proactively work with other departments to address customer needs and ensure timely responses.
  • Manage incoming sales inquiries and follow up effectively.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Third-level education preferred but not essential.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High levels of accuracy in work.
  • Positive, motivated, and able to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Capable of handling multiple priorities, managing time effectively, and meeting deadlines.
