Fund Accounting Senior Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Accounting Senior Manager to lead our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in operations, with a deep understanding of fund accounting, private markets, and hedge funds.

  • Lead relationships with clients and contribute to the direction of the fund accounting function locally and globally.
  • Design and drive efficient, scalable processes for alternative fund structures.
  • Determine strategy for the fund accounting department in line with overall unit strategy and business plan.
  • Drive business objectives and goals to meet desired target operating model.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 15+ years' experience in operations with in-depth knowledge of fund accounting, private markets, and hedge funds.
  • 5+ years senior management/management experience in private equity.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Proven track record in strategic thinking and leadership.
