Senior Plant Asset Manager

Plant Asset Manager oversees the lifecycle of plant and equipment, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and profitability. This role involves strategic planning, procurement, maintenance, and disposal to maximize asset productivity and minimize downtime.
The Plant Asset Manager is responsible for developing and implementing asset management strategies, managing budgets, and providing accurate expenditure forecasts. They must also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain records, and manage logistics, including vehicle maintenance and replacement parts.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Appropriate qualification in a related field, such as construction, procurement, or asset management.
- 5+ years of experience in an equivalent role, preferably in the construction industry.
- High-level knowledge of asset management principles and practice, including technical understanding of large plant items.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, relationship management, and influencing skills.
