The role of Principal Finance Transformation Consultant is to lead and partner with clients in defining the business outcomes their finance function must deliver.
Key responsibilities include mapping key stakeholders, facilitating alignment around transformation objectives, articulating vision statements, and developing robust business cases.
Additionally, the consultant will define current and target operating models, including roles, process taxonomies, and enabling technologies.
Change impact assessments will be performed to understand implications across people, process, and technology.
Future-state finance processes and roles will be designed, often aligned with Oracle Fusion Cloud's modern best practice frameworks.
Support will be provided to clients throughout the implementation journey, guiding them on how best to adopt new processes and technology.
Thought leadership will be provided on emerging finance technologies, including AI, RPA, and advanced analytics, and how they can be leveraged to deliver outcomes.
Leadership of change management and stakeholder engagement will ensure adoption and sustainability of new ways of working.
