Project Manager

Our company is currently seeking an experienced project manager to lead our long-term projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of project management experience, including 5 years delivering large-scale business and technology transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive programme and project plans, managing interdependencies across workstreams.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, driving innovative solutions to ensure delivery against key project KPIs.
  • Evaluate budget and resource allocation to meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing regular updates and maintaining transparency throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate governance structures, ensuring consistent reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify and escalate issues accurately and in a timely manner to ensure swift resolution.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support smooth adoption of new technologies and processes across the business.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of project management experience, including a minimum of 5 years delivering large-scale, complex business and technology transformation programmes.
  • Proven experience in implementing major cyber security projects, with a strong understanding of risk, compliance, and resilience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage integrated teams comprising internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and lead change across the organization.
  • A highly analytical mindset, capable of proposing effective technology and process solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Proficient in structured project management methodologies, covering the full project lifecycle and tools such as MS Project and Jira.
  • Experience working within a hybrid delivery framework, combining Agile and Waterfall approaches as appropriate.
