Financial Reporting Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join our Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely recording of operations for the Ireland subsidiary and the group's commercial supply chain activity. You will also provide key support to the Financial Reporting team with accounting for EU activities, delivering a high standard of financial reporting and internal control framework.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, experience with inventory accounting and supply chain management, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work in a rapidly changing environment and have a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure the accurate and timely recording of operations for the Ireland subsidiary and the group's commercial supply chain activity.
2. Account for the movement of goods and reconcile back to third-party consignment stock balances.
3. Support Order-to-cash activities, working with distributors and recording their fees, services, and discounts where applicable.
4. Oversee the intercompany process, including accounting entries and effective implementation of transfer pricing agreements.
5. Ensure associated SOX controls across financial reporting are fit for purpose.
6. Support the General Manager (IRE) to ensure compliance of the Ireland subsidiary from a financial perspective.
7. Enable continuous process improvements and simplification across Finance.
8. Assist with quarterly and annual SEC reporting, statutory reporting, and interim month-end activities.
9. Other responsibilities include ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and ad-hoc support and analysis of one-off transactions.
