Job Title: International Freight Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the flow of goods between Ireland, UK and EU.
  2. Coordinate transportation planning and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
  3. Oversee POD Management and create invoices for clients.
  4. Supervise drivers and their driving hours to maintain compliance with regulations.
  5. Answer customer calls and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
  6. Book ferry slots and inform drivers of relevant information.
  7. Maintain effective communication with customers through various channels.
  8. Loading temperature-controlled shipments while adhering to safety protocols.
  9. Develop and implement strategies for international transport management.

Requirements:

  1. 3-4 years experience as a Transport Planner
  2. Proven track record in managing international freight operations
  3. Excellent communication and organizational skills
  4. Familiarity with MS Office applications
