Research Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our research team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting data management and analysis tasks to support our research objectives.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that will be based in a leading academic institution. The successful candidate will have responsibility for working with a dataset of measures at regular intervals, including traditional clinical tests and new digital assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and consistency through cleaning and transformation to prepare for data analysis.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical techniques/tools for data visualisation and analysis (e.g., Reliability analysis, Factor Analysis, Mixed-effects model, ROC curve).
  • Project Management: Oversee the timeline and deliverables of data analysis of the project, ensuring milestones are met and aligned with the broader project objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • PhD in a discipline with a quantitative background, including statistics, data science, health science, epidemiology or a related area.
  • Experience in data management and analysis, preferably with health data or in a clinical setting.
  • Strong technical skills in statistical programming, including with R, Python or other software for interrogating data.
