Job Title: Coffee Specialist

This is a full-time position requiring full availability.

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in a busy on-trend cafe. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting each customer warmly and consistently delivering a high-quality service.
  • Prepare all beverages and blended cold drinks to the highest standards.
  • Assist customers in improving their knowledge of our food and beverage products.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee equipment throughout the day.
  • Upsell the full product range and promote our brand to customers.
  • Deal with customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Merchandise and present the cafe to the highest standard at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the hospitality sector (cafe, restaurant, hotel) is an advantage.
  • Barista experience is desirable.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Passion for coffee and ability to inspire customers.
