Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our Early Childhood Development Centre in Dublin.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children and families from diverse backgrounds.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily operations of high-quality early childhood services.
  • Oversee delivery of early education in line with Aistear, Siolta, and HighScope.
  • Supervise and support multidisciplinary teams of early years educators.
  • Evaluate service outcomes using appropriate tools and frameworks.
Requirements
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing quality Early Years settings.
  • In-depth knowledge of Aistear and Siolta; HighScope experience beneficial.
  • Experience working with children and families from marginalized or diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
Key Qualities
  • Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar systems advantageous.
