Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Technical Account Management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical service and support to clients across the Republic of Ireland.

You will work closely with customers to identify and resolve technical issues, provide expert advice on equipment and servicing requirements, and develop strong relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site service repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to achieve business targets, customer satisfaction, and objectives.
  • Effectively manage and develop new and existing client relationships to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Achieve sales targets for designated accounts through proactive engagement and solution-focused sales approaches.
  • Promote additional services and solutions to clients based on their needs and preferences.
  • Support the acquisition of new accounts and deliver training programs to enhance customer knowledge and skills.
  • Monitor and analyze commercial performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Submit regular reports on all visits using approved templates, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the Republic of Ireland, with overnight stays as required.
  • Proven experience in the commercial laundry industry, with knowledge of equipment and servicing requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with working electrical knowledge.
  • Proven ability to manage, develop, and achieve progressive sales targets for your accounts.
