The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial plumbing, including knowledge of modern building plant. You should be a flexible and adaptable individual with a can-do attitude, able to problem solve effectively and efficiently.

About the Job:

  • Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial plumbing systems.
  • Work as part of the maintenance team to develop, maintain and improve the maintenance program.
  • Maintain building structures, fabrics and finishes.
  • Work flexible hours including regular weekends due to the nature of the business (time off in lieu for these hours).
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.

About You:

  • Knowledge of modern building plant is essential.
  • A flexible and adaptable candidate with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to carry out work at height.
  • Experience in a Maintenance role is a definite advantage.
  • Ideally have experience of working outside of regular 9 – 5 hours.
