We are seeking a skilled Registered General Nurse to join our Home Support team in Carlow.
Job Title: Home Care Nurse - CarlowJob Location: Carlow
Hours: 8-12 hour night shifts available, Monday-Sunday.
Full-time and part-time shifts available.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver safe, high-quality person-centered care to clients within their home environment.
- Implement all aspects of the care plan based on the client's identified needs.
- Prioritize the client's needs and comfort at all times.
- Work closely with family members and the clinical supervision team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Current registration on the live register of NMBI.
- RCN/RGN training.
- Pediatric nurse experience is desirable.
- Previous experience in home care is an advantage; full training and support are provided to all candidates.
You will have the opportunity to promote the recognition of adults as individuals, demonstrating kindness, compassion, dignity, and respect.
The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team providing clinical care in a home environment.
