Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Administrator to join our team. This role involves ensuring that all facilities and services within the hotel are maintained to the highest standard.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To supervise and inspect all facilities and services to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • To oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment and machinery.
  • To manage room inventory and allocate rooms efficiently.
  • To oversee the inventory process and resolve any discrepancies.
  • To perform shift-associated work such as room assignment, vacant rooms, discrepancy reports, key controls, and turn-down assignments and inspections.
  • To manage defects related to maintenance and housekeeping concerns.
  • To block and control room inventory for Do Not Release (DNR) rooms.
  • To assist and participate in department meetings.
  • To work in compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.
  • To fulfill VIPs and special guests' requests with the highest level of excellence.
  • To adhere to the hotel's policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year's experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Standards-driven.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
