Job Opportunity: Technical Lead in Device Development

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to provide strategic leadership and expertise in device development across our portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of technical innovation, effective communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. He/She will be responsible for developing and executing device design requirements, specifications, and product characterization throughout the design development program.

In this role, you will ensure regulatory compliance by incorporating relevant requirements into development plans and compiling/reviewing/approving technical documentation. You will also be responsible for ensuring all activities within the team are conducted to appropriate quality standards within our Quality Management system.

Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Engineering or Science with 7+ years' experience in a late-stage R&D or Technical Support environment.
  • Previous experience working as an Engineer or Scientist in a regulated and GMP environment on injectable devices.
  • Compilation of analytical and/or manufacturing control sections of regulatory submissions is desirable.
Key Qualifications:
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent planning and communication skills, able to operate across multiple site teams.
  • Proven problem-solving and time management skills, with ability to communicate technical/project information effectively.
  • Ability to travel as required.
