The RoleAs a senior electrical engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of electrical engineers
- Overseeing the electrical design and execution of projects from initial concept through to handover
- Collaborating closely with clients, architects, and project teams to deliver outstanding results
- Ensuring projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and client expectations
- Supporting strategic planning and business development efforts
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in a senior-level electrical engineering role within building services
- Strong portfolio of work across commercial, residential, and/or healthcare sectors
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
