Technical Lead - Full Stack Development">

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to lead our full stack development team. This individual will be responsible for architecting and implementing software solutions that meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and maintainability.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with expertise in modern web technologies and UI frameworks such as React and TypeScript. They will also have experience with databases, including schema design and optimization, as well as in-depth knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and enterprise messaging.

The ideal candidate will be able to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and drive results through collaboration and influence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions that meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Develop and implement best practices for coding standards, testing, and code reviews
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience with Java, Kotlin, or similar object-oriented languages
  • Proficient in modern web technologies and UI frameworks (e.g., React, JavaScript, TypeScript)
  • Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB) including schema design and optimization
  • In-depth understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and enterprise messaging
  • Familiarity with asynchronous communication tools (e.g., Pulsar, JMS, Kafka)
